Please read this Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully.
This Agreement sets out the terms under which TheVisualiser.net's services are provided to you. By registering with TheVisualiser.net, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register with TheVisualiser.net or otherwise access or use this Site.

TheVisualiser.net has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided through this web site is accurate at the time of inclusion, however, there may be inadvertent and occasional errors for which TheVisualiser.net apologises.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date you first use the site. TheVisualiser.net reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

Membership to the Forums

Conduct
Although TheVisualiser.net welcomes lively debate, TheVisualiser.net expects you to be polite and courteous to fellow members, in your posts and mailings.

Deletion
Once you have created a user in the forum and have used it to either; start a new thread, reply to a thread or sent a private mail to another member, then this name cannot be deleted. You may request that all personal data is removed from the profile but the name on the postings will remain with the status 'ex-member'.

Digital Images
You are solely responsible for any photographs or digital images you upload to the site.
TheVisualiser.net cannot be responsible for the content of images uploaded published by it's members.

TheVisualiser.net may remove images which we find inappropriate, offensive or illegal.

Validation
As a male member we require photo validation, using TheVisualiser's Validator generation software in order to proof you are who you say you are before becoming a full 'Gold' member.
As a female member we also require photographic evidence of yourself holding a piece of paper with your username written on it before becoming a full 'Gold' member. However you can request that the image is deleted from the site as soon as you have been validated. All images can be hidden from other members is so desired.

Removal from the Forum
If TheVisualiser.net feels you are not who you say you are, or if we have reasons to believe you are masquerading as a member of the opposite sex we reserve the right to remove you from the site.

If you are habitually rude, offensive, racist, sexist or anything TheVisualiser.net sees as inappropriate you will be removed from the Forum.

TheVisualiser.net reserves the right to remove any posts we deem to be any of the above.

General Terms

TheVisualiser.net accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in their web site and any decisions based on information contained in this web site are the sole responsibility of the visitor. TheVisualiser.net accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of whatsoever kind, resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from this web site.

Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use.
